GroMenu: Add & Mange Delivery Zones
You can easily manage your restaurant delivery zones in GroMenu. You can add new zone, edit existing ones, and delete unavailable zones.
The first step is to add a new delivery zone by following the below steps:
Go to “Branches” → “Branches”
choose a branch that you need to add a delivery zone then click on “view”
Scroll down to the Delivery Zones section under the branch information.
Click Add New Zone.
fill in the following fields:

Title → The name of the delivery zone (e.g. Maadi, Downtown). This helps you identify the zone easily.

Minimum Order → The minimum order amount required for delivery in this zone.

If you don’t want to set a minimum, select No minimum.

Delivery Fees → The delivery fee charged for orders in this zone.

If delivery is free, enter 0 or select Free.

Foodics Charge Name → (Optional) The name of the charge as it appears in your Foodics integration. Useful if you’re syncing delivery fees with Foodics POS.
Edit a Delivery zone
After you’ve added a delivery zone, you can edit it anytime.
Find the zone you want to edit, Click the Edit next to it :
Update any details you wish to change:
- Title
- Minimum Order
- Delivery Fees
- Foodics charge name
- Click Update to apply your changes.
Delete Delivery zone
If you want to remove a delivery zone from your branch settings:
