You can view and manage all customers who placed orders through your platform.
GroMenu gives you quick access to customer details, order history, and contact information.

View customer details

Choose the customer you want to view, then click on the “View” option to see their full details.

you’ll see a list of all your customers with the following details:

• Total Expenses
• Total Orders
• Last Order Date
• Total Discount
• Customer Info: name, phone, address, email
• Phone verification status
• Order history

Edit customer details

You can update customer’s personal information anytime — like name, phone number, or address.

Find the customer you want to edit and update the fields you want to change:

1. Edit the field Name

2. Edit the field Phone

3. Edit the field Email

4. Edit or update the Address

5. Edit the field Country

6. Edit the field City

7. Click Update to apply the changes

Delete a Customer

If you want to permanently remove a customer from your database, you can use the Delete option.
