Ordering journey of the customer:

1. Customers can choose to begin by scanning the QR code, clicking the shareable link, or clicking the iFrame button.
2. Following that, customers can select to order from the delivery menu or the takeaway menu.
3. Customers will then add the items to the bag.
4. Customers will access their bag and make any necessary edits.
5. Customers will click on “checkout”, then choose the branch if there is more than 1 branch, then click on “continue”.
6. Customers will enter their full name and mobile number and then click on “proceed”.
7. Customers will enter the complete address (in case of delivery).
8. After reviewing the order summary, customers will click “confirm order.”
