GroMenu: Add or Edit Branches
You can easily manage your restaurant branches in GroMenu. You can add new branches, edit existing ones, and keep all branch information up to date.
Add a New Branch
The first step is to add a new branch by following the below steps:
Go to “Branches” → “Branches”
click the “Add a branch” button, Fill in the branch details:
- Branch Name → The name of the branch as it will appear on your website.
- Address → The physical address of the branch.
- Branch Phone → A phone number for customers to reach the branch.
- Status → Set the branch as Active or Inactive.
- City → Select the branch’s city from the dropdown list.
Tip: If your city isn’t listed, click Add New City to create it immediately.
- Reference → An internal note or code for the branch (optional).
- Services Available:

Pickup → Enable if the branch offers order pickups.

Delivery → Enable if the branch provides delivery service.

Dine-in → Enable if customers can dine inside the branch.

Click Add to create the new branch.
Edit a Branch
After you’ve added a branch, you can edit it anytime.
Find the branch you want to edit, Click the Edit next to it :
Update any details you wish to change:
- Branch Name
- Address
- Branch Phone
- City
- Reference
- Click Update to apply your changes.
Automatic QR Code Generation
When you create a new branch, GroMenu automatically generates a QR Code for it.
This QR Code links directly to the branch’s online menu, making it easy for customers to scan and view the menu from their devices.
Deactivate a Branch
If you don’t want a branch to appear on your website or accept orders temporarily, you can click on Deactivate Branch.
