GroMenu: Add & Manage Branch Cities
Branch Cities lets you manage the list of cities where you have branches. These cities appear in the dropdown list when you create a new branch.
Add a New City
The first step is to add a new city by following the below steps:
Go to “Branches” → “Branch Cities”
click the “Add new city” button.

In the field City, choose city you want to add (e.g. Cairo)
- Click the Add button
The new city will now appear in the dropdown list when you add a new branch.
Edit a City
After you’ve added a branch city, you can edit it anytime.
Find the city you want to edit :

Edit the field

Save changes “Update“
Delete a City
Important:
You cannot delete a city if it has branches assigned to it. You must first delete or reassign those branches.
